Talk Dog Dashboard is a business administration tool operated by Neil Gardener. It is currently intended for the operator's own Talk Dog business use. This page describes use of the dashboard software; it is not a customer boarding or dog-training agreement.

Purpose and access

The dashboard helps manage customers, bookings, payments, forecasts, calendar appointments and service reports. Use only provider accounts and records you are authorised to access. Keep connected devices, Google and Dropbox accounts secure. Do not use the software to access another person's records without permission.

Connected services

Google Calendar, Dropbox and Cloudflare provide connected services under their own terms. Calendar access can be revoked and may occasionally require renewed consent. Automatic access renewal does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Calendar updates and imports normally run while the dashboard is open and connected.

Records and estimates

Check customer details, booking dates, prices and payment records before relying on them. Forecasts, calendar-derived history, projected dog-days and estimates depend on the completeness and accuracy of the available records. Review calendar imports and potential duplicates before saving. The dashboard is not a substitute for reconciling accounts or confirming arrangements with customers.

Changes and backups

The software may change as it is developed. Keep appropriate backups of business records and review updates before using them. These terms do not change existing agreements with customers or connected providers.
